He started the season strong, closing nine sales in his first week. Throughout the summer, his leadership qualities shone as he led meetings of his own, trained other rookies and participated much in the growth of the team. Ultimately, his leadership potential was recognized and he was awarded the position of co–manager alongside Cedric in Quebec Central

His solid sales skills quickly earned him recognition as the office's best rookie. Cedric's outstanding performance also garnered him both the gold award and the top rookie among the Cegep students. With his undeniable impact, he was chosen as co-manager with Jeremi for the newly established Quebec central office.
