The following year, he co-managed with his partner Éloi the highest-producing rookie-manager team in Vantage Canada history with over 1.3M in serviced accounts, which earned him the Rookie Manager of the Year Award. This year, he will be running one of the biggest teams in the country in his native town of Montreal, doing so by leading by example as the top French-speaking rep in Quebec and as leader puts his team before himself.
